HMI (Human Machine Interface): The detachable HMI, mounted on the handlebar, displays a wide range of salient information, such as speed, travel distance, battery status, the amount of generated power and certain safety alerts. It allows you to tailor the riding mode and pedal resistance to your preferences.
Since Mando Footloose cannot be operated when the HMI is detached it also acts as a key and provides theft protection; the level of protection is further increased through a serial number matching feature - each bike can only be operated with its respective HMI.

Automatic propulsion& Excellent Mileage: Mando Footloose detects hills and shifts gears automatically in order to allow the cyclist to navigate over hills with the same pedaling intensity as on a plain.

Removable Battery: The battery of the Mando Footloose IM, hidden inside the frame, is easy to remove. This allows for easy charging, while also enabling you to extend the range of the bike by carrying an additional battery, which can be exchanged in less than one minute. Moreover, the Battery Management System (BMS) monitors and manages its condition. In case of issues with the system it notifies the driver immediately.

Suspension seatpost: The suspension seat post provides great comfort for longer trips and completes Mando Footloose IM’s stylish exterior design.

Clean & sleek design: In-house development of all main components, such as battery, motor, and alternator, made it possible to integrate all major parts into its minimalist frame. Meticulous attention to detail completes the impeccably clean and stylish product design.

Cables inside: Using a handle bar and steer tube specifically designed for Mando Footloose we were able to minimize the exposure of cables and wires in order to achieve a minimalist, straight and clean silhouette.

Chainless design: The innovative Series Hybrid System, which powers the vehicle electronically without a chain, makes the simple yet pioneering design of the Mando Footloose IM possible. In addition, it eliminates the risk of getting your skirt or suit caught in the chain.
